I had a great experience here. I came in for a check engine light because my dealership couldn't see me till Feb. Upon a thorough check found out my dealership service department wasn't as good as I thought. BUD'S team fixed that problem and because of a lot more that had to be fixed with all the miles I had on the car, I decided to get another used car with low mileage. BUD'S will now be my mechanic fir this car.

Bud's takes the time to explain your vehicle issues to you thoroughly. They also help you prioritize what needs to be repaired immediately, soon, and what can wait - because they understand that auto repairs aren't cheap and we can't always afford to fix everything right now. I've taken my truck to other diesel shops who left me feeling like I was an imposition to them. I never got that feeling at Bud's. I felt like they appreciated my business and genuinely did their best to help me. I have already referred others to them and will go to them with my auto repair needs in the future.

Everyone at Buds Auto was so helpful, informative and professional about my car and the process of getting it fixed. They went the extra mile and got my car fixed for a fraction of what it would have costed me at the dealership. They have one of the most thorough and extensive point system checks with photos and complete descriptions of the problem and how yo fix it. Very impressed!!! I will betaking my vehicle here to Buds Auto in Marysville from now on. They have earned my Respect and all my future Business. We brought my mom’s van to Steve, knowing that it was likely a goner, but wanting to see if there was anything to be done. Steve was really honest with us and didn’t try to get us to do anything that he wasn’t 100% confident would be a good solution. Grateful he was transparent.

I absolutely love this shop!!They are HONEST and fair with their pricing. Every other shop I’ve taken my vehicles to adds unnecessary items that “need” to be fixed immediately, whereas I can count on Bud’s to always treat me with respect and always give me the true rundown on my vehicles! 💯💯
