The staff at Bud's Transmission have been a life saver for me, more than once. I recently had a problem while traveling in eastern Washington. I was able to limp into a local repair shop and called Bud's for a recommendation. The staff was able to look up my previous repair order on a similar situation. They gave me the correct recommendation for repair. I was able to get back on the road without a major delay.

Better service this time.

We took our 1994 Buick Century in for a minor issue. They fixed that easily and also examined our car thoroughly and gave us a list of the other things that we needed to fix on our car and we had no idea that anything was wrong with our car....Thanks Bud's....We appreciate all your hard work and the great customer service.....I recommend that if you have any issues with your car you at least call Bud's and ask questions..... We began service history three years ago with Bud's transmission and have had excellent service through and through. Great turn around time, did not over charge us and the staff and crew are knowledgable. Very impressed that the crew does continueing education and researches problems with the vehicles to get to the cause of the problem and doesn't just "bandaid" the issue. One vehice we own needed a complete overhaul and instead of charging us additional mechanic time communicated with us and saved us at least $2000.00 on a job well worth more. Steve, Rex and crew go above and beyond and STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. really appreciate the attention to details and would recommend their business to my family and friends!

Recieved great service from this business. comparable pricing, easy to make appointment and techs and business keep us on the road running. if we had to bring in one of our three vehicles back we were not charged again and the repair was looked over. having one set of techs look over our vehicles keeps them running happily and makes us a bit more secure knowing a BBB business is living up to its name.

I had an oil change and they provided excellent service and provided transportation to and from my home. The service was done within 2 hours. I would recommend thier service.

Really impressed with customer service while making the appointment as well the repair questions I had prior. Steve was super knowledgeable and did research for me even though it brought no revenue to recommend waiting on the repair. I love the texting reminder service. I also love the inspection that comes with every oil change! Will definitely recommend!
