We began service history three years ago with Bud's transmission and have had excellent service through and through. Great turn around time, did not over charge us and the staff and crew are knowledgable. Very impressed that the crew does continueing education and researches problems with the vehicles to get to the cause of the problem and doesn't just "bandaid" the issue. One vehice we own needed a complete overhaul and instead of charging us additional mechanic time communicated with us and saved us at least $2000.00 on a job well worth more. Steve, Rex and crew go above and beyond and STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. really appreciate the attention to details and would recommend their business to my family and friends!

Recieved great service from this business. comparable pricing, easy to make appointment and techs and business keep us on the road running. if we had to bring in one of our three vehicles back we were not charged again and the repair was looked over. having one set of techs look over our vehicles keeps them running happily and makes us a bit more secure knowing a BBB business is living up to its name.

I had an oil change and they provided excellent service and provided transportation to and from my home. The service was done within 2 hours. I would recommend thier service.

Really impressed with customer service while making the appointment as well the repair questions I had prior. Steve was super knowledgeable and did research for me even though it brought no revenue to recommend waiting on the repair. I love the texting reminder service. I also love the inspection that comes with every oil change! Will definitely recommend!

I brought my car to Bud's after getting a suspicious evaluation and estimate from another shop on some issues with my Toyota 4 Runner. I'm very glad I brought my car to them! They communicated with me every step of the way, didn't try to sell me on a bunch of unecessary extras, and did a fantastic job fully evaluating my cars condition, fixing the issues, and providing new brake pads. Everyone is super professional, honest, and friendly, and my car was even washed with a thank you note in it when I picked it up! I was very happy with the price as well. They are a great deal, especially for that level of service!

As usual, their service was great and the cost of my oil change with lube, new air filter and fluid level checks was great. Refer friends and co-workers to Bud's all the time. They rock!
