Great service.

Due to new employees working, the service time was a little longer than normal, but always good, complete and well explained.

I have been working with them for my car as well as my daughters. They have been fair, ethical and explain everything in terms I can understand. Honest and forthright. They loaned me their loaner car for the weekend even though my car was unfixable. That gave me the time to find another car while still being able to get to work. Logan, the manager, is clear with information, understanding if my personal concerns and financial position. All in all I would recommend them to everyone I know

Great Job

As always, I found Buds to be professional and sensitive to my needs.. Automotive as well as financial. They found the least expensive solution for my car problem while maintaining the integrity of the repair.

I've only been into Bud's a couple of times; first for a routine oil change, and second for rear breaks--an unexpected visit. Both occasions have been above and beyond. Everyone is genuinely happy to help and all do so in an honest and courteous approach. Never have I been pushed to get more work done than what was discussed up front and that's always appreciated for a girl on a budget. I love that I can trust Bud's to do an exceptional job on my Volvo every time. I live in Seattle now but still take my car down to Marysville for oil changes--it's worth it.
