Excellent customer service logan was great and very knowlagable and cared more about what was best and not just trying to sell me unneeded stuff like every where else i have gone. Defitely will be seeing me again as a future customer thanxs to logan and his great customer service!

If you are reading this, wondering, should I go to Bud's? Let me answer that for you. First with a YES. and he is my reason why: Let me preface this with a couple of things: First, I will lack brevity; and, second, I have had many good or great customer service experiences in my life; however, I have never had the urge to write a review. My first experience was talking with Steve, the owner, when I called to get a simple estimate. Little did I know that he was going to not just give me a number, but find out a lot of details about my car. Very specific. He told me that the problem I was experiencing may not be in fact what I thought, and thus, is why he needed the information. He suggested I bring it in to the shop and they could look at it and let me know what it was. When I got to the shop I was greeted by Logan. He give me the rundown of what I was looking at. If it was this problem, it would cost this, if it were another problem, I was looking at this. Well, he found out specifically what I needed and then gave me the price. The price was more than I anticipated because of a part I didn't know was crucial to the process. I was worried because I didn't have the money to make it happen, and he said, "hey, I can get you this used part and do it for way cheaper." I was pretty excited about that. It definitely helped. He found my price range and went with it. When he called back and told me that the used part did not sit well with him because of it's condition and he had given me the new part instead for the same price, I was pretty elated. He then informed me that my oil had been low...but they filled it up for me...no cost. I appreciate the work of all the techs for the great job they did. However, Logan's service was phenomenal. He told me, "hey, I care about you and your well being." I have no doubts he means what he says. When Steve told me that his shop is all about integrity and doing the right thing...that is what sold me to go there, and he was absolutely preaching what they do. I am so impressed with my experience at Bud's that I will be recommending everyone I know who is experiencing any car trouble to go there. I already have, actually, and I got my car a couple hours ago. Go here. You will not be disappointed. You will be taken care of. And the crew here will do it in a way customer service should be done. It sounds trite, but, I wish all customer service jobs were handled the way Steve and his crew handles it.
