I experienced a transmission problem while on the road but was able to get the vehicle to my home. I had never used Bud's before but had driven by the shop several times. I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed! When I spoke to Logan on the phone he asked me to explain the transmission's problem. I thought I had blown a clutch. Logan took the time to understand what happened and how the transmission was acting. He arranged for a tow truck and had the vehicle brought in to the shop. The mechanics discovered a loose hydraulic fitting and quickly fixed the problem. They also discovered a fraying belt and replaced that too. I would recommend Bud's to anyone seeking vehicle repair. They were fairly priced, courteous, professional, and returned the vehicle cleaner that it ever was since I owned it thanks to their lot attendant.

Great service and, even with being very busy, they finished the work in a short period of time to get me on my way.

Logan and the team at Bud's Automotive were fantastic! I've never received the level of customer service that they provided. Mike was a gentleman in giving me a ride home while my Jeep Liberty was diagnosed and even though the total cost of repairs means a new car for us instead of fixing my beloved Jeep, the service was still phenomenal. Not only will I return for routine maintenance and service on whatever new car we choose, I will be recommending Bud's Automotive to anyone in need of quality service by friendly, professional people. Great service! Very Informative, and they had great communication throughout the whole process! And being female i was not dismissed, or spoken down to or pushed around like I have been at other shops. I appreciate their professionalism.

Air conditioning service.. As usual Logan (manager) was so helpful, ready to transport me to work while they worked on the car. Wasn't necessary, but I knew I didn't have to ever worry about how to get somewhere during shop time. They did a super job, teeth were chattering and feet were freezing, but in a good way, on the ride home... Thanks to shop guys also for their quality work.

I've used Bud's for transmission repairs and auto maintenance on the last four vehicles we've owned, including our Hybrid .Their work is better than the car company shops and I've never had to question a bill . It's important to be able to trust your mechanic, and I trust the crew at Bud's. I believe in passing along who does us right as much as passing along who does us wrong.
