I called them by accident. Travis was helpful and let me off the phone to check the other place I had tried to call. They are out of business. So I struggled in to Buds. I had been at Valvoline (former oil can Henry's) They had ran a diagnostic and couldn't fix the problem. They were also great. I should have started with, My husband who usually does all our car maintenance and repairs was gone hunting. Travis got me in ran me through the paper work after hearing what my car was doing and what the guys at Valvoline discovered. He also had their parts/bookkeeper run me to work on her way to get some parts in Everett. Travis let me know in about an hour that my coil had gone out. They also ran a check with photo's of all aspects of the car including tires, lights, and fluids. I thanked them for their info and told them to only fix the coil. Because of what was going on with my coil gas was in my oil. I asked if the price he quoted me included an oil change. He said he could make that happen for me and it did. They had if fixed by 3PM. They couldn't have been more helpful. I think they did a good job. The list of items including photo's is in my email. As soon as my husband comes home he has a to do list.

Great place!! Excellent service....friendly staff..Travis is an wonderful asset as he is very knowledgeable with clear explanations. Have been very satisfied with all work they have performed.

A little spendy, but great service. Travis is very helpful, and able to explain what needs to be done and what can wait. I will only take my Saab to them, for the best.

took my newly purchased (used) vehicle in for an air conditioning problem.. they were up front with the cost...and what they were going to do. Also, suggested I go on line and print a coupon to save a little $$. I did.. but, forgot to bring it with me... he honored it anyway. Also they ran a free complete system check and found 2 small issues .. (low battery and dirty air filter).. going back in to have them resolved and get green checks all they way down! thanks for the extra time and effort... and for being up front about my options. So happy to have cool air!!!!

On my way home July 3 from Vancouver BC to Olympia. My front axle, and a bunch of other crap quit on me. Thank goodness Bud's was open. On July 3rd, most places were closed. I had my Trailblazer SS towed there, and Travis assisted my father and I. He then called Enterprise rent-a-car for us as well so we could continue to Olympia. My father was visiting from FL so I needed a car for sight seeing. Travis even offered some great sightseeing places to go to. :) Over the next week Travis kept in contact via text and phone. A lot of the parts needed for my car were discontinued or not local. He kept me up-to-date on that, even sending me pictures of the parts in my car that needed replaced. One week later I went to pick it up I hit horrible traffic on the way. Travis stayed about 20 min late waiting for my husband and I to show up. I couldn't wait to get my car back so I am very thankful he stayed late. I think he filled up my gas tank too :) Anyways lots of bonuses here 1) They were open on a holiday weekend. Not the actual holiday I don't want to give false info for those reading this. But still 5 other places in the area were not open July 3. 2) Constant communication. 3) Fast service. 4) Great customer service. Yes I would recommend Bud's Auto Repair!!
