I brought a 2010 Subaru Forester in for a used car inspection and Steve was so helpful, friendly, and flexible with me. He fit me in same day. I got lucky and found out it was a good car, but had a very minor leak from the master gasket that would need repair down the line. That same night an hour and a half before closing he said he would take in the other car I was considering, a 2007 Subaru Legacy. He saved me from buying that car. It had an expensive list of things wrong with. I got very lucky that their shop has a technician who is amazing with Subaru's. Steve didn't even charge me for the second inspection. If you are looking for a thorough used car inspection, I would highly recommend them. The quotes they gave us for work that needed to be done also seemed very fair.

They are the worst mechanics in October 2017 i took in my Cadillac escalade to get it fixed on a light that said sevice stability control and they said if i changed the abs the light would come off and we paid $2,500 to get it fixed well after they repaired it i took it 8 times after it got fixed because the abs was not connecting to the computer of the truck and they would leave me with out a car for 2 weeks and at the end they gave me a old van to drive it around because the 8th time they had it for 3 weeks and guess what it still has the light they and they said it was a ghost because they couldn’t figure out what was going on with the truck after they had diagnosis it and recomendad me to fix that and now it has other things going on they are going to cost me more to repair thanks to these idiots. NEVER Well i recommend this place!!!!!

Very professional and prompt

Steve has been very helpful to us. My requests has not been reasonable as I needed quick turnarounds, but the Bud's crew got the job done and they kept the level of customer service I expected. They were very detailed and displayed everything for me to see. They are very friendly and they followed up with me when they said. If you are in the area and do not go to the dealership, I highly recommend this team. They are very thorough, in my opinion.

Amazing service and attention to detail is beyond expectations. Branden and Steve really made my experience a great one. My STI was in great hands and I’m particular about who works on her, especially when dealing with her heart. Buds Auto Repair & Transmission have earned my business without a doubt and will share my experience with many others and especially the Subaru community. Next time I go will hopefully be to give some joys rides and talk cars and racing.
