I went in to get my 2001 Subaru looked at because I was leaking oil and I was going through coolant pretty quickly. They also found some other things that were wrong with the car. When they gave me the quote to fix everything it was high. When I told them how much I paid for it they said "Sometimes it's not worth putting that much money back in to the car just to get a few more years out of it than it is just go buy a new one. But just make sure you get it a pre-inspection here so we can help you out with your next car!" It was amazing to hear that type of honesty. I didn't get my car fixed but I got some great advice but I'm going to be bringing my car to get pre inspected by them very soon I'll tell you that much. So I want to say thanks for saving me some money!

Bud's finished the work on my car Friday afternoon, but I was stuck in awful Seattle traffic and couldn't make it to the shop before they closed. Steve offered multiple different solutions so I wouldn't be without my car for the entire weekend. Fortunately for me, Steve had to pick something up at the shop on Saturday morning and I was able to meet him at that time. I have NEVER had such extraordinary customer service from any company as I have had at Bud's. Both Travis and Steve make sure I truly understand what is being done to my car and they never make me feel incompetent when I ask questions. Such positive and happy staff, you can't help but smile when you leave. Often, auto shop staff bad mouth mechanics who previously worked on the car (their competition) as a way to garner more customers. Not at Bud's. They let the quality of their work and their fabulous customer service do the talking, and I appreciate that tremendously.

Buds is AWESOME, I took my car to buds and they figured out what was really wrong with my car wasn't adding a lot of stuff like the other place I went to glad I had to get a second opinion I'd recommend Bud's Auto Repair and Transmission to everyone, they get you in and out and their truly honest thanks Steve and the mechanics your AWESOME

Very impressed with customer service, explained in easy terms what needed to be done and what just needed to be watched. Appreciate the complete inspection that was done and information provided about my vehicle. Will recommend to all.
