Steve has been very helpful to us. My requests has not been reasonable as I needed quick turnarounds, but the Bud's crew got the job done and they kept the level of customer service I expected. They were very detailed and displayed everything for me to see. They are very friendly and they followed up with me when they said. If you are in the area and do not go to the dealership, I highly recommend this team. They are very thorough, in my opinion.

Amazing service and attention to detail is beyond expectations. Branden and Steve really made my experience a great one. My STI was in great hands and I’m particular about who works on her, especially when dealing with her heart. Buds Auto Repair & Transmission have earned my business without a doubt and will share my experience with many others and especially the Subaru community. Next time I go will hopefully be to give some joys rides and talk cars and racing.

I was referred to these guy's by a couple of friends at work, as well as their reviews. They are all very knowledgeable technicians, and specialize in diesel trucks. I had a myriad of questions, that they completely answered for me. My truck had a lot of different things that needed to be fixed on it, which by the way the dealer that I had been taking it to for over six years, neglected to inform me about. Steve knew exactly what the fix was for all of my issues. Their 120 point reliability inspection, which is AWESOME and free of charge by the way, revealed everything that needed to be addressed. They send you a copy of this inspection report in an e-mail, as well as a text message on your phone, including a lot of additional information and videos. (Something the dealer never did for me in over six years). They informed me that a lot of the maintenance work that I had the dealer preform was incomplete and even bordered on incompetent. It will take a bit of time to remedy all of these issues, but rest assured, I will no longer be taking my truck to the dealer for anything. These guy's are top notch in my book. Bud's has become my new and best go to for all of my truck needs. I will also be bringing my wife's car in for maintenance as well. I highly recommend these guy's to anyone who wants knowledgeable, highly trained and competent technicians to work on their vehicles. A quick thank you to Steve and Russ for all of their help.

Steve was very patient and helpful. He was honest about every aspect of my visit and I felt confident about the options we were discussing. I also really appreciate that he declined to do a "ghost hunt" to find the problem and instead offered me some pointers to narrow down the issue before having his mechanics dig in to my truck. I will defintely be taking both my vehicles back for further services!

I took my Nissan Sentra 97' in to Bud's Auto Repair and Transmission a couple of days ago. Our car was completely losing power while we were driving it. I had it into another shop before we brought it to Bud's, they were unable to find the problem. Bud's on the other hand, with all the awesome testing equipment were able to see that it was my alternator. Although I was unable to get enough money together it replace the alternator at the time, I would definitely recommend Bud's services. Steve is very personable and friendly. Taking time to explain things to me as well as show me the problem on his computer. They send you a detailed report of everything they checked, with pictures even. I have never received anything like that from any shop before. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the cost. t

Fast, friendly, competent service.

I went in to get my 2001 Subaru looked at because I was leaking oil and I was going through coolant pretty quickly. They also found some other things that were wrong with the car. When they gave me the quote to fix everything it was high. When I told them how much I paid for it they said "Sometimes it's not worth putting that much money back in to the car just to get a few more years out of it than it is just go buy a new one. But just make sure you get it a pre-inspection here so we can help you out with your next car!" It was amazing to hear that type of honesty. I didn't get my car fixed but I got some great advice but I'm going to be bringing my car to get pre inspected by them very soon I'll tell you that much. So I want to say thanks for saving me some money!

Bud's finished the work on my car Friday afternoon, but I was stuck in awful Seattle traffic and couldn't make it to the shop before they closed. Steve offered multiple different solutions so I wouldn't be without my car for the entire weekend. Fortunately for me, Steve had to pick something up at the shop on Saturday morning and I was able to meet him at that time. I have NEVER had such extraordinary customer service from any company as I have had at Bud's. Both Travis and Steve make sure I truly understand what is being done to my car and they never make me feel incompetent when I ask questions. Such positive and happy staff, you can't help but smile when you leave. Often, auto shop staff bad mouth mechanics who previously worked on the car (their competition) as a way to garner more customers. Not at Bud's. They let the quality of their work and their fabulous customer service do the talking, and I appreciate that tremendously.
