I took my Nissan Pathfinder 2001 to be diagnosed and checked why it said it was miss-firing in #3 sparkplug service engine soon light was on. When I took it in it wasn't miss-firing or running rough??? So they tried to start to see if it would miss-fire. But didn't. They kept overnight and started next morning...still did not miss-fire... So they switched the coil for #3 sparkplug and with #5 coil. So not miss-firing but checked and diagnosed the car. I picked up that afternoon and running smooth now. They said if it starts misfiring again to bring it in no charge and they will check out the problem.

This is FAR overdue. And this business deserves more than this review. Here it is: On Monday Sep. 28th I took my minivan into Jiffy Lube in Arlington(Don’t go there, this review is not about them). On wednesday my check oil AND engine light came on so I called them immediately. I took it in and they told me to go across the street to get my timing belt checked. The business across the street was all booked up and couldn’t take me in. I went home, called my brother and asked “how important is a timing belt?” lol He said “get it checked asap”. At this point it was close to 4pm and I thought I was screwed and we had a LONG drive to Idaho coming up early the next morning. I thought for sure we were going to have to cancel our son’s tournament and I felt awful because we had been looking forward to this since 2020 got all screwed up. I called around to 3 different places no one answered as it was close to closing time. BUT! Steve from Bud’s Auto Repair & Transmission answered! He asked all the right questions and was kind enough to let me bring the van in regardless that they were just about done for the day. When I got there the team at Bud’s wasted NO TIME and got right to work to try and figure out what was going on. I took my 3 kids on a walk to calm ourselves down because we were on the wire with our trip to Idaho and feeling a bit defeated. Within THE HOUR they discovered AND FIXED the problems in our van!!! 💛 Jiffy Lube had put the wrong oil AND too small of a filter in our van! Oh and hey! We have a chain, not a timing belt!🤦🏼‍♀ 🤬 This could’ve caused thousands of more damage had I been driving around like we were in 2019 (games, practices, etc.) The team at Bud’s Auto Repair & Transmisson are SUPER friendly! Fast AND thorough! They saved our minivan’s life! We left on road trip to Idaho the next morning and the van was running soooo smoothly! I cannot express my gratitude enough for this team! Thank you all at Bud’s! You’re a true blessing!

This shop is great. I called them for a problem I had with my 1985 k5 blazer not steering straight and pulling in either direction. They were able to get me an appointment with in the week. They sent me a full inspection report with pictures and video of what the main focuses I should have taken care of. We had them replace the ball joints and a few other parts. During the whole process of the truck being in the shop I received phone calls with updates on what was happening. The staff there are very kind and respectful. I highly recommend going here. Great experience.

I recently purchased an Audi Q7 and was having difficulty finding a local auto shop that could change the oil. On 7/ 10, I spoke with Steve. He was able to make me an appointment on 7/13. He assured me they would only use premium products and do an overall check of my vehicle. The service was done while I waited. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I received a text & email detailing the service that was done as well as a couple issues I should have taken care of the next oil change.
